Cal Farley's Boys Ranch Introduces 2 Houseparent Incentive Programs
Houseparent.com

Nestled in the rolling hills northwest of Amarillo, Texas, Cal Farley's is a leader in residential childcare services. For over 80 years, we’ve worked to meet the needs to children and families--at no cost to the people they serve.

Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch, a residential community for ages 5 to 18, provides professional care and personalized support for children nationwide. With a town-like campus featuring a chapel, medical facilities, and more, residents thrive in academic, vocational, and extracurricular activities, guided by supportive houseparents. Our primary goal is a safe environment fostering meaningful relationships, empowering youth to become responsible, confident, and resilient young adults. Join us in making a difference today!

Cal Farley's is hiring houseparents to live and work in their child-centered community. Houseparenting is one of the most important jobs in the community and significantly impacts the lives of children — making this role the backbone of all Boys Ranch programs. Because houseparents work so closely with children, they are important role models teaching clients life lessons and core values.

Cal Farley's has announced two new programs in their search to find houseparents.

Houseparent Sign-On & Retention Bonus Program

If you and your spouse apply and are hired as houseparents, you can earn up to $6,500 in bonuses over your first two years with the organization. Details below!

Houseparent Referral Program

If it's not the right time or right fit for you, you can also refer someone to become a houseparent at Cal Farley's Boys Ranch. If that person or people are hired, you can earn up to $2,500! Details below!
