With a heart and compassion for kids, Houseparents supervise and care for the needs of up to 6 boys ages 10 – 18. The care will include personal interaction, transportation, meal preparation and service, supervision, assisting the boys with their homework, carrying out disciplinary measures.

Qualifications

Christian married couple of opposite sexes
At least 18 years of age
Possess good moral characteristics
Be physically able and willing to work
Must possess a current and valid US driver’s license
Minimum high school diploma or its equivalent
Willing to work various hours as the situation dictates
Have a background check that complies with DFPS Minimum Standards
Possess basic computer skills (Word documents, internet searches, email, Excel…etc).
Ability to be flexible in daily routines.
