Be a vibrant part of changing the lives of children going through a difficult season by using your unique parenting qualities.

GAP Ministries needs mature, compassionate husband and wife teams with a heart for ministry. At GAP they will provide supervision, structure and assistance in meeting abused and neglected children’s physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs while teaching them life skills. It is a wonderful ministry opportunity to invest in the lives of children and youth by serving foster children and youth in a group home in northwest Tucson, Arizona.

As a live in parental guidance couple you will strive to provide a safe, Christ-centered temporary home for children in your care. You are part of a larger Christ-centered management team with high expectations for biblical character and values focused on creating and modeling these behaviors of love, hope and peace for the children and for all staff.

Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 annually per person based on a 50 to 65 hour work week.

Benefits Offered: 401K (403b), Dental, Life, Medical, and Vision.

Plus $1,500 incentive bonus per couple, paid at $250 per month per couple following successful completion of 90 day period in good standing.

Hours Worked: Requires weekends with 2 days off earlier in the week.
