At The Brotherhood Academy, we are a non-profit General Residential Operations (GRO) passionate about helping children live a normal childhood in a safe, nurturing, and compassionate environment. We mentor the lives of young men ages 10-17 from hard places by providing housing and trauma-informed care which requires our consistent effort, commitment, and integrity.
The valued Brotherhood Academy team member(s) has a dedicated heart for the mission with natural patience, understanding, and a coachable mindset. Please keep in mind, we work together as one body, sharing the responsibility of youth cases and day-to-day residential operations.
